Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collector I to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish repayment behaviors and develop payment plans while ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and payment agreements
• Achieve department KPIs for customer interactions and identify improvement opportunities in collections processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections, recovery, or sales experience
• Call center experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience contributing to policies and procedures
• Proven track record of achieving metric and quality performance
