Job Summary

To ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, the full-time remote Collections Specialist will contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve disputes while maintaining accurate records and analyzing account data.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact customers to remind them of overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Resolve disputes related to outstanding balances by collaborating with customers and other departments

Required qualifications
