Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and collect past due accounts to achieve desired results and acceptable aging and DSO ratios
  • Work with other teams to resolve issues and reconcile customer accounts
  • Assist in creating and updating credit and collection processes, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in accounting or business preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in credit/collections or similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems
  • Ability to independently investigate irregularities and work through problem resolution
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks
