A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee B2B collections management for delinquent customer accounts
• Engage in negotiation and resolution with delinquent customers
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide feedback to risk teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of B2B collections experience
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections best practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in collections software and Microsoft Office Suite
