Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer account details for payment irregularities and contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements
- Educate customers on account terms and maintain accurate customer account information
- Adhere to FDCPA guidelines and record all transactions within the collections system
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of installment loans and customer protection laws
- Basic understanding of loan origination documentation preferred
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- Previous collections experience
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
