Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for the effective and timely collection of outstanding customer balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and prioritize daily collection activities
  • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments while documenting collection efforts in the ERP system
  • Report on collection activity and escalate issues related to delinquent accounts to the Supervisor
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business collections experience
  • Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
  • Proficient with email
