Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage delinquent customer accounts while providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve past-due accounts through effective communication on inbound and outbound calls
• Make arrangements with customers to pay balances in full or set up payment plans
• Document all collection activity accurately in the client/GC system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 6 months of collections experience or 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Must have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems
• Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload is required
• Dedicated home workspace free from interruptions and distractions
