Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their Accounting and Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) collections and customer outreach
Collaborate with Business Units to develop action plans for collections
Track and report on A/R performance metrics and collection activities

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Experience with financial software systems
Proven ability to analyze A/R performance and bad debt exposure
Experience with collections processes
