Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to collect outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment in full or establish payment arrangements with debtors
• Coordinate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel experience preferred
• Basic math and writing skills
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
