Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collector I to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish repayment behaviors with customers and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and payment agreements
• Achieve department KPIs and recommend improvements for collections systems

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections, recovery, or sales experience
• Call center experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience achieving metric and quality performance
• Experience contributing to policies and procedures
