Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to collect outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
• Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and manage high-risk accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel knowledge is preferred
• Critical thinking and basic math skills required
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and integrity
