Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
• Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
• Coordinate with Client Support to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Basic math and writing skills
• Dependability and strong work ethic
