Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of East Coast client accounts
• Proactively monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
• Document collection activities and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with other teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management preferred
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes and ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and AR software preferred
