Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the AR Lead and complete vendor setup forms, including verification calls
• Submit invoices through vendor portals and manage the dunning process for delinquent accounts
• Engage in outreach efforts to encourage timely collections and assist with accounting close and operational activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, operational accounting, or general bookkeeping
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and GSuite tools
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS industry metrics is a plus
