Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls for Flexpay installment collections and eligibility
• Review Flexpay credit card decline and eligibility reports; liaise with collection agencies and Finance to resolve issues
• Process payments manually, scan checks, and prepare checks for deposit

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years experience in a Call Center/Customer service environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key for data entry and reporting
• Ability to adapt to change and perform efficiently under pressure
• Experience supporting special projects and performing other duties as assigned
• Familiarity with payment processing and document management
