Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track outstanding debts to ensure timely collection

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or related customer service role
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management
• Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies
