Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection efforts for past due invoices, including outreach and documentation
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on collections activity and account status

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of collection and cash application experience
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or operational role
• Experience with Salesforce
• Solid account reconciliation skills
• Familiarity with various software systems used in collections
