Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review post-charge off accounts and recommend collection actions to management
• Contact account holders to arrange payments or settlements according to business parameters
• Document collection attempts and activities in Salesforce or other requested repositories

Required Qualifications

• Consumer collections experience is required
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Strong analytical ability to gather and interpret moderately complex data
• Proficiency with word processing and Excel spreadsheet software programs
• Knowledge of FDCPA is a must
