Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound/inbound calls from customers who are 30-120+ days delinquent to set up repayment arrangements
• Utilize skip tracing methods to locate delinquent customers and prepare correspondence via email and text
• Work independently to meet collection quality and quantity goals while promoting positive involvement with staff and customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of collections experience, preferably with call center experience
• Availability between 8am-8pm CST, including two late nights and up to two Saturdays per month
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with a CRM program is a plus
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure in difficult situations
