Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist I - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound and inbound collection calls to resolve patient account balances
• Review and analyze patient accounts, responding to inquiries and explaining balances
• Document account activity and collection actions in designated billing and account management systems

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• 0-1 years experience in healthcare billing, collections, or customer service required
• Experience in sales, physician offices, or call center setting highly preferred
