Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the collections process for customer accounts, including proactive outreach on past-due balances
  • Monitor aging reports and work to reduce outstanding accounts receivable through timely follow-up
  • Utilize internal systems to manage collections activity, customer communications, and account reconciliations
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle collections and accounts receivable required
  • Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP/collections platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of aging reports, bad debt management, and collections best practices
  • Ability to analyze customer accounts and identify root causes of payment discrepancies
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze large sets of financial data
