Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Collections Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for managing the accounts receivable lifecycle, analyzing aging reports, and resolving billing disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collections process for customer accounts, including outreach on past-due balances
• Utilize HighRadius and internal systems to track collections activity and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute aging analysis and collections reporting to leadership as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle collections and accounts receivable required
• Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP/collections platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of aging reports, bad debt management, and account reconciliation
• Ability to analyze customer accounts and identify root causes of payment discrepancies
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze large sets of financial data
