Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Collections Specialist will manage outstanding accounts receivable, handle complex collections cases, and optimize processes while working onsite with the option for remote work one day per week after training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on outstanding payments with business clients to ensure timely resolution
• Handle challenging collections cases using effective negotiation strategies
• Perform thorough cleanup of accounts receivable and maintain accurate documentation of collection activities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial collections and accounts receivable management
• Strong knowledge of credit and collection processes
• Ability to effectively manage complex collection cases
• Familiarity with billing and collection procedures
• Proficiency in using multiple systems for account management
