Job Summary

Detail-oriented and solution-driven, the full-time Remote Account Resolution Specialist will manage client inquiries and concerns, improve account collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers while accurately recording their information
• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual performance metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year working in a call center environment with a focus on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and assess customer needs
