Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting in the collection and reporting of past due receivable balances, the full-time Collections Specialist will monitor the North America accounts receivable portfolio, coordinate with sales management to resolve collection issues, and prepare reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the North America accounts receivable portfolio
• Provide timely responses to sales management to resolve collection disputes
• Contact clients to follow up on unpaid invoices and negotiate payment schedules

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-volume corporate collections experience
• Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
• Experience with JDE is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
• Commitment to excellent customer service
