Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Collections Specialist will manage billing inquiries, generate revenue through timely payments, and assist consumers in financial planning to prevent home repossession.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Typing score of 40 WPM or higher
• Familiarity with applicable software and FDCPA laws
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven performance in bank and retail collections preferred
