Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Manager of Collections & Disputes, the full-time Collections Specialist will manage revenue collection from business customers, assist with billing inquiries, and ensure superior customer service to facilitate prompt payments.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls for collections, payment arrangements, and billing inquiries from business customers
  • Meet established monthly collection objectives and manage past due accounts for moderate to large-sized business clients
  • Prepare monthly collection reports and collaborate with sales, customer service, billing operations, and AR teams to reconcile accounts
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B collections
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated competence, professionalism, and leadership presence
  • Well-organized with the ability to meet deliverables on time
  • Ability to learn complex systems and convey that knowledge to others
