Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Headquarters remotely, the full-time Collections Specialist I will manage collection calls and correspondence, handle customer disputes, and maintain relationships with branch personnel while working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume outgoing calls to delinquent customers and manage incoming inquiries effectively
  • Communicate and follow up with customers and branch personnel to resolve payment issues and disputes
  • Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the manager while meeting departmental and company goals
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
