Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Headquarters remotely, the full-time Collections Specialist I will manage collection calls and correspondence, navigate multiple technologies, and maintain effective communication with customers and branch personnel.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of outgoing collection calls to delinquent customers and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances and meet departmental goals
  • Engage in special projects as assigned while demonstrating sensitivity and compassion in customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable communicating in a metrics-driven environment
