Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Headquarters remotely, the full-time Collections Specialist I will manage collection calls and correspondence, engage with customers in a metrics-driven environment, and reconcile disputes related to outstanding balances.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of outgoing collection calls and incoming inquiries effectively
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and branch personnel
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer disputes regarding outstanding balances
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to navigate multiple technologies while engaging with customers
  • Comfortable communicating in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
