Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced bilingual Collections Specialist, the full-time remote position will focus on engaging past due accounts, collecting payments, and providing customer service support as needed while maximizing revenue recovery through strategic collection practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone and email efforts to collect on past due invoices
• Perform skip-tracing using internal and external research tools
• Accurately document all activity and account updates in the CRM to ensure compliance and timely records

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years collections experience
• Recent experience with skip tracing tools and techniques
• Proven ability to apply timeboxing strategies based on account balance
• Proficient with MS Office 365 suite
• Ability to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday
