Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing corporate team, the full-time remote Collections Specialist I will manage customer communication, handle collection calls, and resolve payment disputes while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Handle collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch personnel to resolve inquiries and disputes
• Meet portfolio, departmental, and company goals while navigating multiple technologies

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
• At least 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
