Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Headquarters remotely, the full-time Collections Specialist I will manage collection calls, engage with customers in a metrics-driven environment, and handle customer disputes while contributing to departmental goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch personnel to resolve inquiries and disputes
  • Meet portfolio, departmental, and company goals through critical thinking and independent judgment
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong foundation in spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to function as a team player
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
