Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Collections Specialist will make outbound calls, negotiate recoveries, and document accounts while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Make over 75 outbound calls daily to communicate with clients and insurance companies
• Negotiate and lead conversations to recover outstanding balances for clients
• Document accounts accurately to ensure effective communication and adherence to company policies

Required qualifications

• Collections experience preferred but not required
• Secure home office with high-speed internet (100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up)
• Dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions
• Strong professionalism and ability to empathize with clients
• Effective time management and computer skills
