Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of East Coast client accounts and oversee daily collections activities
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with internal teams
  • Document collection activities accurately and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management preferred
  • Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts
  • Working knowledge of AR aging, cash application, and dispute resolution processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and AR software preferred
