Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Collections Specialist - FL Licensed will manage client inquiries, improve account collections, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining clear documentation of all interactions
• Encourage payment in full on accounts and address consumer inquiries promptly to resolve concerns

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year working in a call center environment with a focus on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work from home with a quiet workspace and meet technical requirements for remote work
