Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned patient accounts, following up on balances for timely payment collection
• Review and analyze accounts to identify payment options and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with patients and insurance representatives to secure outstanding balances

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of experience in medical billing, collections, accounts receivable, or insurance follow-up required
• Experience in hospital revenue cycle or third-party collections preferred
