Collections Specialist - NC Licensed

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Collections Specialist - NC Licensed will manage client inquiries, improve account collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions accurately
• Encourage payment in full on accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate persuasively and respond to customer needs effectively
