Collections Specialist Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls and respond to inbound calls from members
• Assist members with payment issues and find solutions to create positive member experiences
• Locate and contact delinquent members through various channels to solicit payments and educate about loan products

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience in financial institutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL and Tableau is a plus
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, mortgage servicing operations, and consumer credit laws
• Multi-state loan servicing experience preferred
