Key Responsibilities:
- Generate conversations on inbound/outbound calls regarding amounts due and negotiate resolutions
- Review claims, document all correspondence, and meet or exceed performance metrics
- Navigate multiple technologies, manage conflict, and prioritize workload
Required Qualifications:
- Prior collections or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Competitive attitude, multitasking skills, and ability to negotiate successful outcomes
- High-speed internet at home with the ability to cable connect directly to the router
- Must be able to pass a background check
