Collections Specialist (State Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (Late Shifts) to support automotive finance clients in a remote, high-volume contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service tasks including payments, due dates, payoffs, and account updates
• Process ACH requests and provide payoff quotes
• Perform soft collections and set up repayment plans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of experience in a high-volume contact center
• State licensing for collections will be provided at no cost
