Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist - TX Licensed will manage client accounts by addressing inquiries, improving collections through effective communication, and maintaining accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear documentation of all account interactions
• Assist with account resolution by communicating information, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment with a focus on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with required technical specifications
