Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Collections Specialist - VA Licensed will manage client inquiries, improve account collections through effective communication, and maintain accurate records while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while documenting interactions in the computerized collection system
• Assist with account resolution by offering solutions, establishing payment arrangements, and encouraging full payments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creditor clients and their customers, striving to exceed performance standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment focused on customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven track record of strong negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to meet all technical requirements for a remote work setup
