Collections Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Collections Strategy and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diagnostic of existing treatment paths and identify opportunities for personalized, segmentation-driven strategies
• Design and execute new segmentation frameworks and AI/ML-informed strategies for collections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy development and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data/Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in collections strategy or analytics-driven servicing environments
• Proven experience in transforming collections operations to data-driven, digital-first approaches
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SAS, SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing collections
