Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and tactics to optimize collections from delinquent and high-risk businesses using data-driven approaches
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement collection strategies and payment plans
Monitor industry trends in collections treatment and technology

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role
Minimum 2 years in collections analytics or strategy role
Minimum 2 years of people management experience
Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL, Python, or R for data retrieval and manipulations
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
