Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to optimize collections from delinquent and high-risk businesses using data-driven approaches
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement collection strategies and payment plans
• Monitor industry trends in collections treatment and technology

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role
• Minimum 2 years in collections analytics or strategy role
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL, Python, or R for data retrieval and manipulations
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
