A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Patient Financial Services team, ensuring efficiency in operations
• Analyze trends affecting billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable
• Manage compliance with federal, state, and private insurance requirements while fostering teamwork

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing and/or collections
• 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, including weekends if necessary
