Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, PFS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collections team to achieve cash collection and reimbursement goals
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Research payer policies and manage claim denials through the appeals process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in Accounts Receivables
• Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, and ICD 10 codes
• Experience with Practice Management systems; Xifin experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach staff
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for report creation
