Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Commissions Collections to manage commission recovery workflows and lead a team of Collection Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a team of Collection Specialists to meet established SLAs and objectives
• Manage daily prioritization and execution of commission cases across various segments
• Develop operational reporting and provide insights on trends and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in collections, revenue operations, or financial operations
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field
