Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Supervisor to oversee a team of customer service agents in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily activities of customer service agents
• Implement strategies to meet performance objectives and handle escalated calls
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development feedback

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous management experience preferred
• Knowledge of FDCPA and state laws
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
