Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Collections to manage day-to-day operations of a work group focused on collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Collection Specialists, including hiring, performance management, and workflow direction
• Handle complex collection and customer issue escalations
• Review and approve default packages and credit memos

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• 5 or more years of related business work experience
• 5 or more years of management or supervisory experience leading salaried personnel
